Terms & Conditions Of Body Coach Fitness Global Education

These terms and conditions apply to services provided by Body Coach Fitness Global Education .You will be

a private address of the company ( request address details ) Please read terms and conditions before any

purchases .If you do not agree with the terms and conditions do not purchase .

1)Definition Of Terms & Conditions

Confidential information means written information, graphics ,& recorded or machine readable information concerning our business ,including course materials.Fees means the fees paid by you to Body Coach Fitness

Global Education for their services and intellectual property rights and copy right .Services means the full

provision of course modules and course materials ,agreed at time of purchase.

2) Services

We will provide services & courses in accordance with the terms and conditions and meet your full learning requirements. We reserve the right to withdraw services without notice if illegal activity is suspected.

3) Ordering Services

When you place an order for courses /services you are agreeing to purchase in accordance with the terms &

conditions mentioned. Body Coach Fitness Global Education reserves the right to cancel or decline an order

if fraud is suspected. You will receive an official receipt for your purchase for the balance of the course . You

will have to complete a valid enrolment form to be accepted on the full learning path series of courses to be

formally accepted to study. This enrolment form does not necessarily apply to single purchases on courses.

If you change your mind at any time when studying your course and want to change courses you will have to formally contact the Online college & ask to swap courses and pay relevant balance fee to start your new course.

4) Fees & Payments

Unless specified the fees for courses are inclusive of VAT but exclusive of any third party charges incurred if

applicable. Fees must be paid and fully processed before enrolling on any given course . By full payment or

by deposit and then payment of remaining balance via an agreement or advanced learners loan. You will at

all times remain responsible for the full settlement of courses fees as agreed in terms and conditions .

5) Confidentiality

Each party will keep confidential information strictly confidential and not use it for any other purpose other

than as intended and agreed in terms and conditions .

6)Termination

Body Coach Fitness Global Education will be entitled to terminate these terms and conditions and stop full

provision of services with immediate effect if you fail to pay your fees at any given time or act fraudulently

or outside of stated terms and conditions .

7) Student Obligations

It is the students obligation to follow the rules and regulations and terms and conditions as set out by Body

Coach Fitness Global Education . They must co operate and act in accordance with the terms & conditions

and set aside appropriate study time to complete their course in full and comply with any applicable laws.

8) Data Protection

We look after your data in accordance with the UK data protection act .We are not responsible for the data

protection of third party course providers.

9) Variations On Terms & Conditions

We are entitled to vary these terms and conditions at any time with prior notice .
